That is news to me also Rick. So would that mean that any selling right away of the shares would incur more capital gains right away also, having a cost base of .20 cents. 

With that struture the warrants would not be exercised and in the money until the share price reached .68 cents. So selling for 40 or 50 percent profit, would need the shares to be around the dollar mark or higher if that is the case.

So in all fairness there might not be as much selling below a dollar than you think and I hope. That maybe why it was priced that way originally whether they actually thought it out or not.
