In deed this is a quite common problem for all registered joint-stock companies - and even further for all the internet community, so we all have to learn to deal with it. A more open communication would be nice for us, but the management decided that - for now, closed lips are the better way of (not) communication.

Now to the risks for PTK here mentioned: I guess we should not be too self critical. Thanks to our hub leaders this board is quite civilised and balanced, even that we sometimes want to get more and more info and do too much dot-connecting.
I have the feeling that this comment was more related to the ongoing bashing activities of other bbords, e.g. SH. Such activists can in deed have a quite negative impact on the shareholder community and interested parties (even that they claim not to have any impact :-). Good to have this board here! And good to see that POET is back on track!
