They are finally learning the art of underpromising and over-delivering. It's about time (no pun intended).

They have missed their timelines so many times, it's a complete joke. By saying late 2018, they get some breathing room from their shareholders and potentially lull the competition, not that they've ever needed lulling from this lot of underachievers.
