Ihybg: I hope by "health reasons" they just mean getting to an age that he'd like to enjoy his retirement!

He had a couple of knee surgeries. Hopefully he is well today! I am feeling sorry for him to see most of his options render worthless by the end of this month, unless of course he has executed them and sold his shares in time (unlike me).
