Hi ITTR,

I see the strength of the POET IP about the QDots that they will be monolytical integrated inside the POET GaAs-tool-set. I would see their application in the field of micro-displays as well as sensor arreys e.g. for photo-detectors. (see their cooperation with A-Star and the dot connection to Todd DeBonis Pixleworks).

These displays from Sangsung here I would estimate as too large for GaAs technology.
