This is a highly respected and intelligent industry player. Surely she didn't join a young start up based on a few lab results and a good idea? Sure, if it was the good idea of a blue chip company with the resources to succeed, she would join, but surely not one such as poet. She must have been fully aware of the time and difficulties associated with what POET is doing. She must have seen more than a few lab results to be convinced to join.

Im not saying I agree she left for Finisar because we have an NDA or partnership with them.I just don't believe she left because POET are nowhere near production. Unless she has been duped by management of course!!
