Do you know what the Coles notes differences are between what II-VI does or proposes to do, and POET?  Because it would appear to me that they are similar in many ways, and they have a current SP that fluctuates between $35-$40.00.  There was also an interesting line in the article about the challenges of overseas fabrication.
