Public offering so can't imagine a hold on shares.
Given the volume (lots then not much), I'm seeing this as one entity that wanted in, and wanted in today. If there's a leak, it certainly does not mean it came from the company, it could well be a party with which it is doing business. And then so on and so on. I truly believe the games of "someone was at our offices and wants to steal the company for $3 or $4 a share" are over, so I think something more believable and more imminent is involved. And imminent because otherwise the buyer would have come in over 5-10 days and not caused all this ruckus - indeed, raise suspicion as to a move based on insider info.
While the above is only one scenario out of many, for now, it's the one that makes most sense to me. That may change based on Jack's next prediction...
