Today we have something to talk about.

A couple of good posts by frontier and Quan Gork.

The important material is in the MD+A.

Adding to the other posts :-

We now have a full blown state-of-the-art high tech. manufacturing facility. The POET and Denselight and BB technology, know how and IP is restricted and internalized. This is excellent news. We own it all. We control it all.

Now it is about execution and deliverables.

As for cash flow. At first glance, hmmmm, a little nervous. Upon deeper consideration and evaluation, perhaps not so.

EDB is obviously very supportive and understands the disruptive potential of this technology. And EDB clearly wants this company to grow into a giant, in EDS's geographic location. Hence the R+D and production facility consolidation in EDB's back yard.

So, now the VCSEL is in principle done, not withstanding the expected on-going optimization, the NRE's can now follow.

And the 'unique opportunity' 100GB datacom devices offer to potential collaborative partner(s) is very, very interesting ... and a gigantic market opportunity.

It will only take 1 (one) serious partner to engage and 'cough up the cash' and the cash flow issues disipate.

In addition, as we are now an Operating Company, allbeit with embryonic sales, I think the sales growth and NRE will be enough to see us through. If not, well then there is the 'Operating Line Of Credit' that could, I would think, be relatively straight forward to obtain, through the likes of ....... EDB or others.

We have numerous new exciting products hitting the market this year and POET next.

It will have certainly taken a lot longer than we expected or would have liked, but ultimately this is lining up very nicely.

And we own it all !!!

BTW ... at >40% Gross Margin, which will increase as sales increase, in Datacom terms, we only need to land a small bite contract and we take-off.

Disruptive products Company (POET) looking for an industry relative small bite contract(s), led by industry known Leadership ...... should be like shooting fish in a barrel.
