I support Lumenge graduated soft approach to promote the SRP.. We should speak with one voice. Not the time for lawyers as Steve Wilson points out.. Just notice from us as a fair number of significant owners directing the plan be put in place or if a valid responce or assurance that no threat foreseeable.. And further better communications in place .. Then ..it would be sufficient..
