in addition to the SRP discussion, I'm sure the company's disclosure policy will come up at the AGM.  The official disclosure document is dated May 2014, and presumably updated (by Mr.Mika?) when we went into full stealth mode.  Despite following the letter of the policy, I suspect there's probably at least a few retail investors who feel the company isn't exactly living up to the spirit of communication and disclosure from an investor perspective.  (e.g., minimal to no communication; no revenue guidance; minimal operational updates; partnership or NDA's: do we have any?; etc, etc.)  from Churchill: a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma

according to the policy:

"The Corporation is committed to providing timely, factual, accurate, orderly, consistent, and credible information to the public, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, to develop and maintain realistic investor expectations. It is imperative that this continue to be accomplished consistently for both positive and negative information, and that all parties in the investment community have fair access to this information."

"Information concerning the Corporation's business and affairs is considered material if it results in or would reasonably be expected to result in a significant change in the market price or value of the common shares of the Corporation. Stated another way, a reasonable investor would consider the information important in making a decision to buy or sell the Corporation's shares. Material non- public information can include positive or negative information about the Corporation."

Unfortunately, the company probably feels they are doing exactly what is required of them, nothing more, nothing less.
