Lets suggest other issues that perhaps should be respected and understood by mgmt prior to casting aspersions.....

both the investigational aptitude and intellectual capabilities of this board obviously surprised mgmt. 

For mgmt to hold this board responsible is laughable and their lack of any publico experience speaks volumes.  Believe someone else here suggested we're paying for mgmt's on the job training. In that case perhaps this board should be taking Poet to the promised land.
