I understand that Mike White is a large shareholder, and likely has an informed opinion. However, to the best of my knowledge he isn’t a contributor to this board.
Many among us are concerned about the SRP, and it is reasonable to let our management communicate Poet’s position on the SRP. As a shareholder, if I am exposing my ignorance of Canadian securities law so be it. All the more reason to have management clarify what has become a contentious point on the forum.
Secondly, our letter drives home a building dissatisfaction with basic shareholder treatment that management needs to address at the AGM-- Basic answers to basic questions!
For these precise reasons (et al), I believe Lumenge should send our letter as originally composed, as a matter of record.
