Hi,
I have invested in POET for a few years, since 2014 more exactly and, like most people from this board, I am deeply in red.
Although I did not join the board until not too long ago, I have been constantly reading it.
While I do not have too much DD to add to the lots of info added here, I am really concerned about the value of my investment.
The share price has taken a nose dive since Suresh's "up and to the right", the absolutely terrible PP, their communication policy, and the fact that they do not have "skin in the game", they all look to me like signs that this management does not care too much about long time shareholders. They may be so excited about the technology, that they want to bring it to the market, for the "greater good", regardless of the cost on a bunch of shareholders.
My question/suggestion for this board is: why don't we do more than demands and representation at AGM, and try to elect in the BOD at the upcoming AGM, somebody well known, respected on this board, deeply invested in POET (like one of the hug leaders, or fj, or mazan), that could be a voice for retail shareholders like us?
