Wake: If you aren't happy with his [Mika's] performance (even though you don't know what he is/isn't doing for the company) cast your vote come AGM time to have him axed or do as you always tell others to do and sell you shares.

Not even that. You cannot vote Thomas Mika out, because he is not in. I mean, he isn't a director and he isn't nominated for such a post.
