I was merely pointing out that they already had.
The point I was trying to make is that there seems to be shareholders of 2 different PoET companies on the board.
One company has subsidiares, products, R&D facilities,multiple discipline IP, a roadmap covering the next 18 months and a distribution network.
The other company seems to have only IP, patents and a long history of missing the mark, at least in the eyes of certain of their shareholders.
I have cast my lot with company 1, at least for the present
