Clearly the carefully crafted lumenge letter has had a benefit. Management I suspect were on the case already, given the rapid response but Lumenge's letter has achieved the desired effect because it was the correct way that a grouping of shareholders like ourselves should approach management regarding a concern.
Given this success, the notion that this is now the moment to select a board member for a good kicking must rank as one of the lowest points that this board has ever decended too. The notion that any perceivable benefit could come from such a meanminded, vengeful blood letting belongs in the sewer along with lynchings.
There is a right way to behave and those who wish to retain a clean conciense know what it is.
