1) there was about 10 people there.

2) Thomas Mika CfO went over PP

3) Appears to be smart and conservative.

4) PP self explanatory, expect revenues 4q 2017,but don't expect any huge NRE

5) when pressed on financing, $11m cash burn $400-500 a month. Do not want to do any further dilutive financing. Talking to several Strategic Partners.

6) believe they have a lead over any competitors ,dont know how long a lead

7) their focus is data centers.

Will be in town for next two days to present to other brokers and investors. Huge potential if all works as planned.
