I wish to clarify my comment. It was my my imterpretation.He said he could not disclose any material information because of the nature of the meeting.  He indicated there are discussions going on. It was my conclusion they would elaborate to the public before or at AGM. I could be wrong but that was my take. Don't wish to mislead anyone.
