I would have to concur with Aves99isback. According to earlier posts here, Suresh said, "All of nothing" when it comes to GAAs.

As we were lead from the past to understand, it is the monolithic integration that brings about the disruption in GAAs.

At least, we have an iron in the fire for 2017 with the InP platform and according to Aves99isback's earlier post that InP engineering samples are in customer hands ---- that in itself is "Very Encouraging".
