Fair, I would feel more derisked if the following were to occur:

a solid partner with a cash infusion, and

a shareholders rights plan (their explanation on that was lacking, imo)

we are really dependent on a management that is acting in good faith, and skilled and smart enough to execute.  For the people long this stock, I hope that this is indeed the case.
