The 4 to 6 times is related to future sales projections for growth companies. I think usually only 1 to 2 years in advance of those projections and with significant growth already happening. With matching the projections or bettering them until 2019 we could see a possible 3-5$ share price based on 250million times bewtween 4 and 6.

The 25 times is related to earnings per share and is current, not in advance of sales. At 250m we could see an earnings per share of 0.3$ ti 0.5$ per share assuming 300m shares which would yield a share price range of $7.50 to $12.50.

All of this requires targets to be met or exceeded over the next couple of years.
