I would love to have a brief explanation that a complete non-techy could somewhat fathom, about what the impending products are/do, and why potential customers would become actual customers. Also, what sets those products apart from the competition, whether it be price, performance, ease of us or some combo.

Two other things, (i) are these products the type of things that a customer can switch to immediately without having to re-design whatever item they would use the products in and (ii) how easy will it be for others to step up their game to compete with our new products?
