Twenty-two US cents?  That's well above the recent lows of about $.14 US.  Think $14 share price, and $22 strike - I doubt there would be much uproar.

So, I've got no big problem with that, and I don't believe anyone here has a really good handle on how deserved/undeserved that grant might be, although many probably think they do, especially those that will complain.  Management may have maneuvered us into a pretty good spot... or not.  Time will tell, and it will, as usual, be more time than anticipated.

In light of your view, sureshbiwinning, don't you think you should change your handle?  You sure go hot and cold quickly on this stock.
