Sure, these are not exactly the same, but if you define "press release" which is part of "industrial press release". 

A press release, news release, media release, press statement or video release is a written or recorded communication directed at members of the news media for the purpose of announcing something ostensibly newsworthy.

I don't think POET released an industrial press release this week, although I could be wrong. If I am wrong, I am surprised that not one detective on this forum found it. I would think something that is newsworthy would be published on the POET website. Maybe they released something just to potential customers in the industry. Not sure why they would not want to make something like this public. Also, think about the context of Suresh's statement when he made it.

Anyways, I did not expect much for the content of that, but this does reflect credibility of POET mamangement "words". Just my take on this, and I wish something that was said would happen at some point.
