I think the timing of the buy recommendation is normal given the information given during the presentation and AGM. What is odd is that there was no market reaction to the InP products or the revenue targets. I understand the constant delays and dissappointments have caused the longs here to be skeptical. The delays happen repeatedly but a breakthrough only happens once. The slides from the AGM essentially say that this is happening now. Why is it that investors are not willing to take a chance on a stock that has given projections that would put it's stock price at $10 within five years. It makes me feel like I am missing something!
