Yes, we know that POET has nothing to sell yet that is based on the POET platform (GaAs). However, that is not the point. The subject of the SCL tender is a development project, not to sell something. Even though POET Technologies no GaAs-based products to sell yet, they are still very able to demonstrate the GaAs development results they have achieved by now.

They might not have everything, but they do have more than anyone else, which is hopefully enough to win the tender. And if they do, they would have the resources to develop all the rest to fill the gap, especially that four-terminal thyristor.
