With thanks to lebowdki for sharing his experience of the tender process , the asides made by SV in response to questions at the AGM and the indisputable connections of our previous Chairman with development of IC manufacturing on the subcontinent, there is very little evidence to cause us to doubt that there's a reasonable probability that PTI will respond to the RFP when it has clearly allready engaged in the process. Those that do so are welcome to their opinions but the evidence they offer against the proposition hardly stacks up.  

On the 70th anniversary of the partitioning of India and it's dreadful consequences for its people and the shame it brought to British Colonialism  I feel rather proud that this young nation is moving forward and that their RFP seems so suited to another young entity wishing to break out into IC mainstream.
