RTV doesn't slam management as you put it, he's somewhat critical or maybe questions their reasoning, like the last PO and he has every right to. He's invested as we all are but he still believes in a positive return on his investment and sees good buying opportunities so he buys more. Capitalizing in on the PO was a good opportunity to gain shares and average down so good on him!
