'The last financing was at 36 cents a share..."

The above has been stated a couple of times recently, the financing was .36 per unit, depending on what the value of the warrants was, the offering priced the shares alone at a lesser amount.  Perhaps .20-.27?  Remember, the lower range is exactly where we headed not long after the offering closed.  We've made a decent comeback since.
