I can not only see the handwriting of Ajit Manocha in this tender program. 

I am sure Mr. Mohan Warrior took a close look at the POET, screened all potential applications of our IP in defence and then had fruitful discussions with ISRO. (Do you think it helps talking the same language?). Hehehe.
If this plays out well, I guess Mohan will have earned an extra contribution of options next year!
