Kizzy, I guess the procedure is quite easy. Soneone who feels attacked just has to report a violation, then Agora has not much options but to delete a message. Now if you dare to repeat whatever you have done, Agora will ban. I do not think that one of our hub leaders were involved, but they should be able to find out.
