There is no argument about DL losing money is there? I thought this was already understood. In terms of the GaAs as Suresh points out they need someone with a GaAs facility and a long view. An example of this might be what the Cookie Monster pointed out today re the India RFP.

The installation of the technology to SCL is planned to be completed within two years.

Thanks goodness that POET have the new technology platform and have been ramping up that facility to move away from low volume custom InP to build high volume 100G products.
