We have been anticipating lots of things but until they actually deliver. I’m not giving them any credit for things they say they are going to do.
Yes we have anticipated the expansion of the DenseLight facility and the increased staffing required for high demand production. Something I think they have said they were going to do and something that they are doing. I don’t think they have this large workforce in place just sitting around. Certainly not for a production ramp that is a couple years in the future. And as we know from the indications we have received by a source within the company that productivity and yield is on the increase. But the bottom line is that your expectations appear to be so low now that it would be hard for you to be disappointed. And really why hang around or continue to be a shareholder if that is what you think?

• Communicate with NPI team and wafer processing fab to provide growth support for R&D products
• Track and plan on materials inventory, reduced downtime due to insufficient materials from 20% to 0%
• Liaise with vendors on sourcing, delivery schedule and expediting to ensure sufficient inventories.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance departments to streamline procure-to-pay process
