One last thought on this. There is no question that they are expanding their workforce and many of us have been scratching our heads wondering how they can do this without a firm longer term financial means. Especially given Mika's stance against any more disastrous financings. 

Many of us speculate that they have a lock on the Indian RFP and that it will come with some upfront money. I don't believe that this company would be ramping up their workforce at such an apparently rapid pace without some guarantee of financial liquidity. 

They may well have a significant NRE in place that they can't disclose as yet? I have not thought about that possibility for a while but it just seems that all this hiring has to be supported by something that is firm.
