The temperature on the board is not very Merry!  (And it’s justified).  

But the Shelton Group is not just retained for news releases and investor relations; they also provide strategy.  So, either absolutely nothing is happening at all behind the scenes and all this staff is being hired for “hope”, and the burn rate is accelerating to a non sustainable level; or things are quietly happening and for obvious reasons, being kept dark.
