To applaud management and their 'secrecy' after the way they have treated shareholders sure takes a special kind of outlook.

POET and GF are literally across the street, the staff (never mind the management) know eachother, they interview and take jobs at other competitors, they may even read the patents, or page 105 in Semi-Conductor Magazine. If anyone cared we would not be struggling in the low $0.20s (unless you also believe the pitiful volume is some kind of power play by someone?...).
