"Why wouldn’t any potential partner/customer wait, gain leverage, and force POET into another unpopular financing or even loan?  Push us to the wall then lowball us? "

Van, you gotta be kidding, if we really had some hot stuff ready to go, we would already be so cheap that any semi-decent size company could swallow us whole and not have to even chew one antacid.  You are reprising some very old and very much incorrect theories about how another company is just trying to wait for the opportune time to get us when we're weak. We have been as weak as a newborn for years now.

There is such a disconnect between your theory and the reality that the share price has reflected for, again, years.

No one wants this stock for the then current price, they want it half cent cheaper, almost always.  And so it goes, until it doesn't.  I look every morning hoping for a twenty cent rise on the back of some really favorable news.  You talk about tough.  There apparently is something not so good happening with our "products" not sure what.

Are they not yet ready, because we can't figure some key tech issue out, or are they pretty much ready, but no one is interested due to either performance or price or both?

What are all these guys that we have been hiring up to?  The long silence of the company is too bad, to me, it doesn't necessarily mean bad management, it really just could be there's not a darn thing that is worthy of reporting.  I really don't blame our guys, I continue to think they are trying ike the dickens, but it's seems it's proving tougher than maybe even the great minds of this board have thought... for years.

Even our finance "whiz-bang" is having trouble navigating in these icy waters.
