Herein lies part of the problem with the SP (perception of the market). This statement means at a $0.22 SP, it went from "the stock is somewhat overvalued" to "the stock is approximately fairly valued.". Personally, I am hoping at $0.22, it is significantly undervalued. Time will tell, and here's hoping!
