I know we are talking about PTK here but on this I have to agree with Dash, I think maybe the change in wording may be too do with going from a strategic partner which can help us developed a product or platform like the Gaas platform to a commercial partner which can help us build, test, and sell (or buy) products that we have developed, at least I hope this is what it means.
