I don't really know how that works. The news stated "each Warrant exercisable by the holder thereof to acquire one additional Share at a price of C$0.52 per Share for a period of 60 months following the closing of the Offering"

So, does say "exercisable by the holder", but it may be that the "holder" can transfer to another "holder", but I don't know, but I am sure someone does.
