You are not correct. The majority of the $0.52 warrants are not held by Insiders.

The majority are held by those investors that shorted the market during the PP.

2018 (Q1 and Q2) is lining up to be a major turning point in the future of POET.

The recent NR's and BoD addition are tremendous developments.

Does everyone "get it" that the "optical interposer platform" that was recently introduced is a Datacom "Holy Grail" disruptive development ....
