After reading the “Photonics Moves Closer to Chip” article, (thanks NP56) then reviewing the recent NR (thanks FJ) plus the various Ted Talks like presentations on the current data constraints, I’m wondering if this recent run is simply a news lag. I’m not capable of digesting the context of those most recent releases without some serious reading.  But, if you’re in the industry...you know the implications immediately.
