Because we don't have a lot of funds left ? Very possible this is being strengthened to raise the price of a financing. Money is needed in any company. Not a big issue and if we need one more the stock will take a bath from these levels but we will have a floor on the 30's/40's to fall back on and not the low 20's like last time. That's progress.
