That was not really even a thought of mine. I think that an individual is smartly trying to take a position as cheaply as possible before this thing blows up! I say individual because a company would not likely be as concerned about the kind of price increases that we have seen so far. It may well just be a gound swell of interest from the announcements, but that does not explain the pauses in buying.
