I would buy up until the price hit a certain level, than back off to make the traders question the strength of the run. Once it hits a solid wall, start buying again. Almost seems to be what has happened this week. Someone will panic soon and take a small profit on yesterdays gains, starting the tumble to say $0.44, than the buying might start again. Curious to see if that is what happens.
