Regarding your prior message, I am curious as to why you think PTK would have already done another capital raise? If I were the company I would either (i) delay until discussions with potential partners/clients materialize into sales, (ii) delay in the hopes that the share price rises so that warrants can be exercised and/or dilution is minimized, or (iii) delay until potential debt financing/NRE revenues can be found. 

That said, recent insider buys insinuate future prospects of the company appear sound otherwise - as you said and I echo - why else would they be buying now (vs. waiting).
