Message: Dr Taylor still at work

Dr Taylor (paraphrasing)...

"we will eat their lunch" in reference to Intel and their continued pursuit of silicon solutions when Moore's Law is coming to an end.

"all roads lead to POET" in reference to POET has the solution beyond silicon.

Then POET begins its infamous pivot away from the integrated chip to transceiver chip and Dr Taylor fades away.  At the time the reason given is health: a knee (?) issue.  Very odd that a knee problem would cause a very enthusiastic Dr Taylor to fade back into the lab.  Some however, in his defence, suggest the health issue was graver then let on.  Then we hear the TRAB is no longer.  Then we hear that the good Dr is back in the lab but not one of the Fab labs trying to solve the integrated chip challenges but back at U of Connecticut pumping out new patents.

Assuming this deal with India is for real would POET not offer Dr Taylor's expertise and would the Dr not want to be part of it to see his work come to completion.  Did he not know about the fourth terminal?  Or maybe he did?  Certainly the TRAB did?

As I said - an enigma...
