I suspect, as many others have here, that much more was going on behind the scenes over the last few months. Why would you formalize a co-manufacturing deal, without customers? Wouldn’t you need to have some idea of the scale in which you’re dealing before your source a development partner? This could have been in the works since last year.
Accelink is the 5th biggest company in the world in the space that we’re targeting. Their capacity and their own ambitions could move them up that ranking with the right partners and products.
Is it possible then that we could expect another release soon revealing an actual customer or two? That’s still the golden carrot to push POET onto the bigger exchanges and into full fledged “player” status.
