I have no intention of attempting to throw cold water on all this good news but let's remember that we have an MOU. That in itself establishes the framework for a definitive agreement. We do not have a definitive agreement as of yet. Having said that, I would project a definitive agreement is likely to follow in the near term, and dare I say "soon"!!!!
